The main activity of Spiritually minded people is too become your own higher self. This requires a huge amount of concentration and attention and courage and humility. Some people think they are aiming too become like the Buddha, or Krsna, or Jesus Christ or so and so. No these may be guides who have trodden the path before you, who are admired and revered but they are not you. The one true mirror for the soul is God, but he may be misinterpreted or lost in a Maya of religious spontification . So the first and basic question is Who am I ? and Who is God? I am a soul a living point of light and might and God is the Supreme Soul, also a living ,conscient point of light. The difference being the human soul takes a body and God doesn't take a body, that is he isn't born through a womb. So he is all powerful, all knowledgeful, the perfect mirror for the soul too transform into its higher self
